We teach college-level training principles, strength programming, and weight room fundamentals so our athletes step onto campus ready to compete.

In 2013, I faced a major challenge—a chronic illness that changed my life. But instead of letting it define me, I took control through strength training, proper nutrition, and a complete mindset shift. That experience fueled my passion to help others—especially young female athletes—build strength, confidence, and resilience through training the right way.
Before becoming a certified performance trainer, I worked as an industrial engineer, where I specialized in optimizing complex systems. I’ve taken that same analytical, results-driven approach and applied it to human performance—helping female athletes train smarter, reduce injuries, and maximize their potential.
